Short Game Secrets was launched at the MYGA in August 2010 and offers a specialised service targeting the core of problems that club golfers up and down the country struggle with. Led by Paul Williams, Senior MYGA Coach, the excellent facilities at Horne Park allow pupils to tackle short game problems such as:
- Missing from inside 4 feet
- Struggling to control distance with wedges
- No spin with your wedges
- Thinning and fatting pitch shots
- Taking more than 36 putts
- Leaving it in the bunker
- Fear playing a lob shot
- Shanking pitch shots
The best way to get started is to book a short game assessment in which we can determine exactly where you are currently with your putting and short game and put a program together to get you to exactly where you would like to be.
After completing a series of skills challenges specifically designed to test acccuracy, distance control and efficency; your set up and movement will be analysed using the latest video equipment and review software. The putting assessment includes ball roll analysis in our state of the art indoor putting studio.
